1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or making a reservation through jaipurproperties.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using the platform.
2. Booking, Deposits & Payments
- 20-Minute Enquiry Confirmation: Guests submit an enquiry first; our desk confirms availability with the property host within 20 minutes. If a date is not available, you pay nothing.
- 20% Direct Advance: After we confirm availability, you pay a 20% advance directly to lock the dates. There is no payment gateway on the website and no booking fee for guests.
- 80% Balance Payment: Pay the remaining 80% directly at the farmhouse upon check-in after inspecting the property.
- Pricing Accuracy: All listed tariffs reflect weekday/weekend rental rates. Extra guest fees, swimming pool heating charges (if applicable), and catering services are governed by individual property policies.
3. Check-In, Check-Out & House Rules
Standard check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the host.
- ID Verification: All adult guests must present valid government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) upon check-in.
- Music & Noise Policy: In compliance with local residential and police regulations, outdoor amplified sound and DJ setups must cease by 10:00 PM. Indoor sound systems must be kept at reasonable volumes.
- Capacity Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the confirmed booking capacity without prior host consent.
4. Cancellation & Direct Refund Policy
Who Refunds & When (20% Advance Policy):
- Before Availability Confirmation: No payment is collected before availability is confirmed. If your requested date is unavailable, you pay nothing.
- 7+ Days Before Check-in: 100% direct refund of the 20% advance processed within 24–48 hours by the Jaipur Properties booking desk and verified property host to your original UPI/bank account, or free date rescheduling.
- Less than 7 Days Before Check-in: The 20% advance is non-refundable as the farmhouse is held exclusively off-market for your group, though one date reschedule may be offered subject to host availability.
5. Liability & Property Damages
Guests are responsible for exercising due care during their stay. Any deliberate damage to private pools, sound systems, gardens, or furniture during celebrations will be billed to the guest at actual repair or replacement cost.
