Every listing on Jaipur Properties follows one unified platform process: you send an enquiry, we confirm availability within 20 minutes, you pay a 20% advance directly after confirmation (there is no online payment gateway before confirmation and no booking fee for guests), and you pay the remaining 80% at the farmhouse.
How the 20-Minute Enquiry, Payment & Refund Process Works (Step-by-Step)
We keep the reservation process clear and consistent across every property on the platform:
- Step 1: Compare Verified Listings – Filter by locality (Vaishali Nagar, Ajmer Road, Sirsi Road, Jagatpura, Sanganer, Kalwar Road, Agra Road, Kukas), guest count (6–25 overnight guests), and weekday vs. weekend tariff (₹6,999 – ₹22,000/night).
- Step 2: Send Enquiry (No Payment Before Confirmation) – Click 'Check Availability' on any property page or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and guest count. If a date is not available, you pay nothing.
- Step 3: Availability Confirmed Within 20 Minutes – Our booking desk verifies the date with the property host and confirms availability within 20 minutes via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Step 4: Pay 20% Advance Directly & 80% at the Farmhouse – After we confirm availability, pay a 20% advance directly to receive your written booking voucher and exact gate location. Pay the remaining 80% at the farmhouse at 2:00 PM check-in along with a refundable ₹3,000–₹5,000 security deposit.
Unified Cancellation Refund Rule, Music & Capacity Standards
To prevent confusion between platform terms and individual caretakers, all Jaipur Properties stays follow these clear standards:
- Who Refunds the 20% Advance & When: Because the 20% advance is paid directly after confirmation, if you cancel 7 or more days before check-in, 100% of your 20% advance is refunded directly to your original UPI/bank account within 24–48 hours by the Jaipur Properties booking desk and host. Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days prior receive a 50% refund or a free date reschedule; cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- Music & Sound Timings: Outdoor amplified music and poolside speakers are permitted until 10:00 PM (per India's Noise Pollution Rules, 2000). After 10:00 PM, moderate indoor lounge music is permitted with doors closed.
- Guest Capacity: Overnight capacity (10–25 guests across 2–4 BHK villas) is clearly shown on every property card. Extra floor mattresses cost ₹400–₹500 per guest beyond the base count.
