- * we are a farmstay - we dont provide towels / toiletries client is requested to carry there own
- * non veg cooking - separate space
- * Any damage to property , furniture will be fineable 500/- per thing
- * no alcohol/food inside pool water
- * any usage of big speakers /lights require generator
- • All kitchen material to be carried by client as discussed
- • basic utencil is provided by farmstay
- • speaker system in ground are can be used till 10pm
- In party hall all night allowed
- •Speaker system is not allowed insjde rooms and building area
- Cleaning of utensils after dine is on client themselves!
- • Minor light cut off can take place 10-15 min due to bad weather
- Invertor is available at property [ no Ac's work on invertor]
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Full refund up to 7 days before check-in. Partial (50%) refund up to 48 hours. Stays are locked instantly upon receipt of the deposit.
